Going green with Scout

Not only do we plant 4 trees for every shoot day and also 4 trees for every Location shoot at a Scout Library location but we try and reduce our carbon footprint in everything we do.  Algy Sloane founded both Scout Productions and also set up  www.carbonawareproductions.com in 2009.  Over 21,000 trees have now been planted in the UK and donations are growing and branching out.  A recent shoot with HLA productions in Cornwall saw our Location team utilising electric rickshaws to transport equipment and crew around our locations.  We are now encouraging these on all shoots.  Planting trees is all very well but we need to reduce our carbon footprint on a shoot from the get go - please call the office for further info on how you can get our film green team involved.
